为提高太阳能光伏水泵的供水量和光伏电池的利用效率.设计了一种基于S3C44BOX的太阳能水泵供水控制系统.该系统由1块多晶硅太阳能电池板,1个光频率传感器,2个功率不同的直流隔膜泵构成.该系统控制方式有2个水泵分别单独工作和2个水泵并联工作.控制系统可根据太阳辐射强度选择工作方式,充分利用太阳辐射能量,实现高效供水.试验结果表明,太阳能水泵供水控制系统运行可靠;太阳能水泵供水效率可提高45.3%以上.
In order to improve photovoltaic efficiency and water supply efficiency this paper presents a control method based on S3C44B0X. The direct coupled photovoltaic pump system consists of a photo- voltaic array, a light frequency sensor, two different direct current diaphragm pumps. Two programs have been present. One works on its own, the other works in parallel. The pump was controlled by the system based on the light intensity of sun. According to illumination conditions, the high efficiency water supply was achieved, The test shows that control system of pump was done well and the water supply efficiency increases by at least 45.3%.
