目的通过开展实证研究,为合理设计临床医学硕士专业学位研究生的循证医学教学内容提供借鉴。方法以文献调研与咨询、课程教学实践、问卷调查与教学效果评价相结合的模式,探讨循证医学课程教学内容。结果循证医学教学能够显著提升研究生的批判性评阅文献能力、自主学习能力和解决问题能力。161名研究生(90.5%)认为循证医学对于开展临床实践有重要意义,166名研究生(93.3%)认为循证医学对于今后的临床科研具有重要意义。研究生能够提出卫生技术评估报告的推荐意见并准确指出循证决策依据。结论科研与教学实践相结合,聚焦循证医学基本理论、证据分类分级、证据检索、证据的评价与应用方法,才能够有效实现教学目标。
Objective To provide references for developing the teaching contents of evidence-based medicine (EBM) for professional degree postgraduates with Master of Clinical Medicine Science based on empirical research. Methods Literature review and expert consultation, teaching practice, questionnaire survey and teaching effect assessment were combined and adopted to investigate the teaching contents of EBM. Results EBM education can significantly improve the ability of critical literature reviewing, self-learning and problem-resolving ability of postgraduates. 90.5% (161) students considered that evidence-based medicine was very important for clinical practice. 93.3% (166) students convinced that evidence-based medicine was significantly important for clinical research. Postgraduates could propose the recommendation of health technology assessment report and point out the evidence-based decision basis correctly. Conclusion EBM education, which focuses on the basic theory, methodology of evidence level and grade, evidence retrieval, and evidence assessment and application with the integration of education and scientific research, can effectively realize the teaching objectives.
