为了考察中心圆孔圆盘试件点应力法确定的岩石抗拉强度值严重偏高的问题,采用ANSYS有限元软件,对径向加载作用下舍有不同中心圆孔圆盘试件模型的受力进行了模拟分析,结果表明,圆孔圆盘加栽直径上存在应力梯度,且随着中心孔径增大,其范围存在先增大后减小的规律。通过对含有不同中心圆孔的石灰岩试样进行劈裂加载试验,并对试件的破坏模式进行了分析,提出了一种考虑应力梯度范围影响的岩石抗拉强度确定方法,对于采用圆孔圆盘试件确定岩石的抗拉强度有重要的意义。
The rock tensile strength value determined by cen- ter-holed disc specimen is seriously high. To solve this prob- lem, some center-holed disc specimen models with different diameters under the radial load were simulated by ANSYS fi- nite element software. The results showed that stress gradi- ent existed on the loading diameter of the holed disc, is in- creased firstly and then decreased with the increase of holed diameter. Through splitting and loading tests on limestone disc samples with different hole diameters, their failure mode were analyzed, then a method to determine the tensile strength considering the effect of stress gradient was pro- posed, which is of great reference to determine the rock ten- sile strength by holed disc specimen.
