针对耿村矿13210工作面初采期采空区的浮煤自燃情况,利用束管监测系统和测温系统在采空区布点观测,分析采空区的温度、采空区和高抽巷的气体成分及体积分数变化规律.采用温度,O2,CO,C2H6等指标判定在高抽巷的存在下,高瓦斯易自燃特厚煤层在初期的自燃危险区域。按照最大最小原则对多指标的综合划分,得出采空区的自燃"三带"范围为:散热带0~26 m;自燃带26 m~63 m;窒息带63 m~∞,为后续回采防(灭)火工作提供了技术参考依据.
According to the residual coal spontaneous combustion during the initial mining stage in 13210 working face of Geng-cun coal mine,a bundle tube monitoring system and a temperature measurement system are used for observing arranged points and analyzing the variation law of temperature,gas composition and concentration in the goaf.Then the initial spontaneous combustion hazard zone in an easily spontaneous combustion and extremely thick coal seam is preliminarily considered in the presence of a high extraction lane with the index of temperature,O2,CO,C2H6.In accordance with the maximum and minimum principle to comprehensively divide multiple indexes,the spontaneous combustion"three zones"in the goaf is divided as follows: the range of heat dissipation belt is 0 ~ 26 m,the spontaneous combustion belt 26 ~ 63 m,and the asphyxia belt over 63 m.The results provide a technical reference to the fire prevention of future mining.
