400 Hz逆变电源是航空专用电源,由于其应用的特殊场合,也就对其提出更高的要求,数字化、高性能是逆变电源的发展方向。在此采用三闭环控制策略,以TMS320F2812为控制核心,采用数字比例积分微分(PID)控制算法,进行了逆变电源的分析与设计。在此先通过Simulink仿真,然后以TMS320F2812为控制芯片搭建了实验平台,对此设计进行了实验验证。实验结果表明,在此采用的控制算法和控制策略能很好地实现给定的技术指标,可用于单相航空逆变电源中。
400 Hz inverter is a special power supply used in the aeronautical system.More demands are proposed for its special application.Digital control and high capability accords with the development trend of the power supply.For this demand,this paper adopts multiple-loop control strategy and digital proportional integral differential(PID) control me- thod based on TMS320F2812, the experimental results show that the proposed control algorithm and strategy can realize the technology target and it can be used in single phase aeronautic power supply.
