基于平面波展开法数值模拟三角晶格光子晶体的带隙特性,得到介电常数为8.9和11.9时带隙中心、带隙率和带隙宽度随半径变化的特性,随着半径的增加带隙中心频率也逐渐增加,带隙率、带隙宽度先增大后减小,研究结果对于光子晶体的设计具有参考价值.
Based on the plane wave expansion method of numerical simulation of triangular lattice photonic crystal band gap properties,dielectric constant of 8. 9 and 8. 9 when the band gap center,the band gap rate and the characteristics of band gap width change with radius,with the increase of the radius band gap center frequency also gradually increase,rate of band gap, band gap width increases after the first decreases,and the results of the study has reference value for the design of photonic crystal.
