在膏体充填料浆制备过程中,全尾砂的絮凝沉降是关键技术。在分析某矿山全尾砂性质的基础上,对该全尾砂的絮凝沉降规律进行了研究,确定了最佳絮凝剂单耗为25g/t,最佳入料浓度为15%,最佳絮凝剂浓度为O.3%。根据沉降过程的单位面积处理能力,确定该矿浓密机的直径应为16m,为矿山全尾砂膏体制备创造了基础条件。
Flocculation sedimentation of unclassified-tailings is a key technology in preparing paste filling slurry. Based on the analysis on the properties of unclassified-railings in a mine, the flocculation sedimentation rule was studied. It ob- tained that the best flocculants consumption per unit was 25 g/t, the optimal feed concentration was 15% and the optimum flocculants concentration was 0.3%. According to the treatment ability per area during settlement, the diameter of thickener should be 16 m, which created foundation for the preparation of unclassified-tailings paste slurry.
