以双级对转压气机为研究对象,对新型非定常模拟方法——非线性谐波(NLH)法进行了不同阶数下的校检,并与常规非定常模拟方法在宏观性能指标和微观流场结构上进行对比,分析了对转压气机转子独特的动-动干涉现象.研究结果表明:非线性谐波方法可在时均框架内有效计及非定常现象,对于该对转压气机,3阶谐波已能在计算成本和计算精度间获得最佳折衷,具备良好的工程应用前景.
NLH (nonlinear harmonic) method implemented in Fine/Turbos code was e- valuated for unsteady rotor-rotor interaction analysis of the NWPU (Northwestern Polytech- nical University) dual-stage counter-rotating compressor. Strengths and weaknesses of the NLH method were first highlighted through direct comparison with experimental data and reference classic time-domain unsteady simulation close to the design point. Then its ability to correctly capture rotor-rotor interactions of the counter-rotating compressor was investiga- ted in detail to enhance the understanding of the flow physics involved. The results show, on one hand, the good behavior of the NLH method and its ability to correctly predict global quantities as well as local flow pattern, on the other hand, for the present case, the NLH method is about one order magnitude faster than the classic unsteady simulation.
