将乙二胺与二硫化碳在水溶液中反应,合成了重金属离子捕集剂DTC(EDA).对合成反应的溶剂、温度和时间进行了优化试验研究.结果表明:以水为溶剂,温度为22℃,搅拌时间为2.5h,静止时间为2h,优化产率达到64.5%.并通过紫外光谱和红外光谱,表征了产物的光谱特性.用合成的DTC(EDA)处理含EDTA络合铜的废水,处理后的铜离子残余浓度为0.46mg·l^-1,达到国家一级排放标准.
The new heavy metal capturing agent DTC (EDA)was synthesized with ethylene diamine and carbon disulfide in the condition of aqueous solution. Through numerous experiments, the influences of various parameters including the alkalinity of reaction, the solvent of reaction, the temperature of reaction, the time of reaction were researched intensively. The optimum condition for synthesis of heavy metal capturing agent DTC (EDA) was given. The alkalinity of reaction was ethylene diamine. The solvent of reaction was aqueous solution. The optimum temperature of reaction was 22℃. The optimum stirring time of reaction was 2. 5h and the optimum stewing time of reaction was 2h. The optimum productivity was 64. 5 %. The prepared ligand was characterized by UV and IR. The efficiency of the agent capturing copper ion was researched. The results show that the contents of copper ion in the treated water were 0. 46mg ·l^ - 1, which can meet national discharge standards.
