为我国自由式滑雪空中技巧训练体系的完善和为备战2018年韩国平昌冬奥会专项体能训练,采用文献资料法、数理统计法和实证法等研究方法对自由式滑雪空中技巧运动员专项力量的训练进行了应用性研究,研究根据空中技巧项目规律、技术特征及运动员的个体特点,在备战过程中设计和实施了有针对性、实效性的专项力量训练方法、训练计划,并有效地把握了整个训练过程的力量负荷安排。2013年度专项力量训练应用的结果表明:不仅使运动员的专项运动能力逐渐达到了赛前最佳的竞技状态,而且使运动损伤得到有效的降低,并使受伤运动员得到了有效的康复。
The purpose of this study is to perfect the training system of China's freestyle skiing aerial skills and provide valuable reference for the specific strength and conditioning for the 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Olympics.The paper adopts the research methods of literature material,mathematical statistics and empirical method to conduct an applied research on the strength training of athletes' aerial skills in freestyle skiing. Specific and effective strength training programs are designed according to the event laws,characteristics of freestyle skiing aerial skills and the athletes' individual characteristics to control the strength training load rationally during training. The applied results of the specific strength training in 2013 suggest that not only the special skills of athletes gradually reach the greatest level before competition,but also the sports injury probability decreases obviously with effective rehabilitation on the part of the injured athletes.
