Assessment of the host country＇s environment of investment can provide a reference for enterprises＇ decisions of overseas investment and investment location. Based on the status and characteristics of China＇s overseas investment in Latin America,the article makes an empirical study of China＇s overseas investment environment by selecting panel data from 2004 to 2013 of typical countries such as Venezuela,Brazil,Argentina,Peru and so on,with measurement evaluation model and principal component analysis,and puts forward countermeasures： strengthening the location sort and optimization in investment country,and playing the effect of foreign investment location agglomeration and the implementation of localization strategy.
