在分析了传统的高压电能计量装置在线校验方法的优、缺点后,提出将高压电能表作为电能计量装置的“整体标准”,用它做在线校验运行中的比对标准。电能计量在线校验系统由高压电能表和低压校验终端共同组成。高压电能表在高压侧直接采集高压电量信息并计算出电能量;低压校验终端读取被校计量装置的电能误差数据,并负责比对、存储、显示和通信。通过在线校验运行案例的结果表明,校验误差结果与理论计算的综合误差一致,所设计的装置可用于计量装置在线校验,也可在计量装置损坏或故障时,作为副表追补电量。
The traditional on-line calibration methods of high voltage measuring devices is analyzed and it is proposed to apply the high voltage energy meter as the "integrated standard" of comparison in the on-line calibration of metering devices. The on- line calibration system is composed of the high voltage meter and low voltage calibration terminal. The high voltage meter collects the electrical information and calculates the energy data while the low voltage calibration terminal reads the energy data of the tested meter and carries out the tasks of comparison,store,display and communication. The operational results show that,the calibration error is in accord with the theoretical composite error and the designed system can be used in on- line calibration or as the auxiliary energy meter in case of main metering device failure.
