研究了聚偏氟(PVDF)及聚砜(PS)中空纤维膜在百蕊草提取液初分离过程中的应用。在超滤过程中,从温度、操作压力、预处理方法及膜清洗方法等因素对膜通量的影响进行了考察,并与传统的醇沉方法相比较,以提取物得率和总黄酮含量两个指标进行评价。结果表明,超滤可以有效地除去蛋白等大分子物质和富集有效物质,使用中空纤维膜超滤技术在百蕊草的分离中是可行的。
The ultrafiltration technology of hollow fiber membranes (PVDF and PS) was researched on the separation of aqueous extract of Thesium Chinese Turcz. The many factors affected on the flux, including temperature, pressure, pretreatment method and cleaning method of membranes, were studied. The ultrafiltration technology was compared with the precipitation method by alcohol's addition, estimated by extract yield and content of total flavone. The results showed that the ultrafiltration could effectively remove proteins and other impurities and concentrate the active substances in the Thesium Chinese Turcz. The ultrafiltration technology of hollow fiber membranes is feasible in the separation of the Thesium Chinese Turcz .
