该文收集近年模板支架坍塌事故原因,提出20种人为过失,选取30个以高大模板支架为主的工程,对其在搭设和混凝土浇注期出现的人为过失进行现场调查,通过数据分析给出人为过失的发生规律,对一些发生概率较大的人为过失如扭紧力矩不足、立杆壁厚不足和立杆超出顶层水平杆长度过大等进行j'~tl量和统计分析,分析典型人为过失对结构承载力的影响,计算了带有多个人为过失的模板支架的可靠度,并分析了人为过失对结构可靠度的影响。
Based on the causes of high falsework collapses in recent years, 20 kinds of human errors are presented. In-situ investigations of human errors were made during the periods of falsework assembling and concrete placement. The occurrence of human errors are given and some human errors with high occurrence possibility on thickness of a tube, the length of a vertical tube above the top of a horizontal tube and the tightening torque of a bolt were surveyed and analyzed statistically. The influences of some typical human errors on ultimate capacity are presented. The reliability of a falsework with multiple human errors is calculated and the influences on structural reliability are analyzed.
