过去30年中国民营企业是如何在竞争激烈的行业中实现持续发展的?本文通过两家中国民营高科技企业的纵向案例研究,展示了民营企业在不同发展阶段的企业战略转型。在梳理相关文献的基础上,建立了中国民营高科技企业在生命周期各阶段战略转型的理论框架。该框架一方面解释了在高科技行业中存在强势国有企业的情形下,民营企业如何进行准确的战略定位;另一方面揭示了在企业不同发展阶段,民营高科技企业如何通过快速战略转型而获得持续发展。
How do the Chinese private enterprises realize sustainable development in the fierce competition within the industry during the past 30 years? The paper shows the strategic transformation process of high-tech private enterprises in different stages of development,through two longitudinal case studies of private enterprises in China. The paper establishes the theoretical framework of strategic transformation of China's high-tech private enterprises in each stage of life cycle on the basis of combing the literature. On the one hand, the framework explains how to carry out accurate strategic positioning for high-tech private enterprises when there are strong state-owned enterprises in the industry. On the other hand,the framework reveals how to achieve sustainable development through rapid transformation strategy in the different stages of development of high-tech private enterprise.
