自然风特别是横向风对直接空冷机组的安全、经济运行有着重要的影响.利用商业软件FLUENT,采用标准κ-ε模型对横向风对空冷平台流场影响进行了三维数值研究,分析了不同速度的横向风对空冷平台温度场、速度场的影响.模拟结果表明:随着横向风速度的增加,空冷平台上部热空气的扩散受到严重阻碍,热风回流现象加剧,严重影响机组正常运行.提出了在空冷散热器之间加设挡板及将挡风墙下延的空冷平台优化措施,经验证能够有效抑制热风回流现象.
Natural wind especially the crosswind has serious effect on the safety and economic operation of direct air-cooled units. Based on the commercial software FLUENT, the three-dimensional numerical research of the crosswind effect on air-cooled platform has been done by κ-ε model. The influence of crosswind with different velocities on the temperature and velocity field of the air-cooled platform has been analyzed. The simulation results show that the diffusion of hot air above the air-cooled platform will be blocked and the hot air recycle and reversed flow will become worse with the enhancement of the crosswind velocity. The unit's normal operation would be affected seriously. The air-cooled platform's optimization measures of adding baffle among the air cooled radiators and stretching the windbreak downward have also been proposed. The experiences show that is can effectively restrain the hot air recycle.
