建立了故障单自由度齿轮系统扭转振动的数学模型,采用加入脉冲的形式进行故障模拟,并利用数值方法进行对该模型进行仿真,进行定性研究。作出了系统模型的幅频响应曲线,与无故障时的曲线相比较,发现在低速时脉冲对系统的影响较大。另外,还对该模型进行了参数研究,分别比较了在不同阻尼比和不同激振力情况下的脉冲对系统幅频曲线的影响。
The torsional vibration model of the spur single-DOF gear system with faults is built, and the form of the pulses is adopted to simulate the faults. This model is calculated by using the numerical method. The response of the model is analyzed, and the Amplitude frequency Curves are plotted, and the greater fluence of the pulse is found in the low frequency. The parameters of the model are researched, and the Amplitude-frequency Curves under various damping ratio and under various exciting-vibration force are compared respectively.
