Specific laws are not enacted in China to punish the crime of terrorism, nor is there any provision or section on terrorist crimes in the Criminal Code. Relevant definitions are seen in different terms or articles in the Criminal Law. These provisions provide a clear and powerful legal weapon for us to punish more effectively terrorist crimes.
