该文考虑到生产技术差异及中间产品贸易等因素,利用非竞争型(进口)世界投入产出表计算了2000-2009年我国对美国工业进出口贸易含污数量以及影响因素。结果显示:我国因向美国出口而产生的隐含污染量远远大于我国自美国进口而减少的隐含污染量,我国负担了较大的环境成本;经过因素分解发现,虽然技术进步因素对贸易含污量起减少作用,但仍旧抵消不了贸易规模因素对贸易含污量的增加作用,贸易结构因素的作用还比较小。因此我国要加大清洁生产技术的使用,降低单位污染排放,同时要挖掘对外贸易结构的减排潜力。
Considering technical difference and intra-industry trade between China and USA, this paper calculates pollution emission embodied in China-US trade between 2000 and 2009 based on multi-region non-competitive (import) input-output model. The results show that pollution embodied in exports is much greater than that in imports, China affords most of embodied pollution between China-US trades. During 2000-2006, by the expansion of export, the pollution embodied in export increase rapidly. The unit pollution embodied in export is also greater than that in import. Furthermore, the paper analyzes the effects of technical, trade scale and trade structure factors using LMDI. The technical is a deceasing factor, and trade scale is increasing factor in pollution emission. However, the effect of technical is smaller than that of trade scale; so the change of pollution emission is positive.
