对废油脂制备生物柴油主要组分的结构特点进行了分析,碳链长度及双键数目对废油脂生物柴油的十六烷值、氧化安定性及低温流动性有重要影响。提出了废油脂生物柴油燃料重整的原理及方法,并对比了重整前后废油脂生物柴油理化性质的变化。研究表明:原料油的脂肪酸酯组成直接影响制取所得生物柴油的脂肪酸酯组成;超临界法及氧化改质能够改善生物柴油的氧化安定性;低温流动性(CFI)改进剂对废油脂生物柴油低温流动性的改善效果明显:二叔丁基过氧化物(DTBP)改进剂能够提高生物柴油的十六烷值。
This paper covers the structural features of the main components of waste oil biodiesel. The carbon chain length and double bond number of biodiesel have a significant impact on cetane number,oxidation stability and low temperature properties. The principles and methods of waste oil biodiesel fuel redesign are proposed. Physical and chemical properties before and after redesign of waste oil biodiesel are compared. Studies show that there is a direct connection between the fatty acid ester compositions of feedstock and biodiesel. Both the supereritical method and oxi- dative modification can improve the oxidation stability of biodiesel. Low temperature properties can be well improved by adding CFI improver, especially for waste oil biodiesel. DTBP additive can improve the cetane number of biodiesel.
