角膜基质注射是临床上较为少用的一种眼部给药途径,主要用作常规给药疗效较差的各种角膜病的补充治疗。随着近年来对多种难治性角膜病认知力的提高,国内外学者对角膜基质注射治疗在近年来做了大量研究,本文从角膜基质解剖结构、生理特点、注射的药代动力学、注射的要点、临床及科研应用、存在问题及治疗展望等几方面进行综述。

Comeal intrastromal injection is not a widely used ocular drug administration rou te ,mainly applied as a supplementary method for corneal diseases with poor e f f ica cy after conventional administrations. With the increasing understanding o f various refractory comeal d ise a se s, the comeal intrastromal injection has been studied extensively in recent years. In this a r t ic le, the anatomical and physiological characters of corneal stroma ; pharmacokinetics, c linical and scientific research applications, related problems and treatment prospects o f comeal intrastromal injection are reviewed.
