高校毕业生就业前需要签订就业协议这种制度已经运行多年,它所引发的纠纷时有发生,频繁暴露其存在的缺陷,并且它所存在的背景已经发生了变化,功能也不断地弱化。为保障毕业生和用人单位双方的权利不受侵害,应该取消这一制度。
Although the system that college graduates need to sign employment agreements with the school they studied has been running for many years.there has been many disputes about this tripartite agreement.Since the conditions those type of agreements exists has changed and the functions of them has weakened,the paper believes that this system should be abolished in order to protect the rights of both the graduates and the employers.
