针对端头支护中存在的问题,为适应工作面快速推进的要求.对传统的采用“一主两副”端头支架支护方式进行改革,在王庄煤矿5208综放面试验.成功采用单体液压支柱加金属耵型顶梁的联合支护方式管理端头顶板。现场实践表明,新的端头支护方式可满足端头顶板下沉和支护强度的要求。
Based on existed problems of face-end support and adapt to the requirement of quick thrust on working face, the traditional face-end support patterns have been reformed, and the new manages face-end roof in united method of combining single hydraulic prop and type - π metal cap have been successfully applied in 5208 fully- mechanized mining face. The practical engineering shows that the new face-end support pattern can meet the requirement of face-end roof covergence and support strength.
