以酸处理的中间相炭微球(MCMB)为载体,先用液相法在MCMB表面生成少量二氧化锡(SnO2),再以水热法在MCMB表面生长SnO2纳米棒,合成SnO2包覆MCMB的核壳结构材料。用XRD、SEM和透射电镜(TEM)测试对材料进行分析,用恒流充放电和循环伏安实验对材料进行研究。以100 mA/g的电流在0.001~2.000 V循环,材料的首次充、放电比容量分别为1 038.4 mAh/g和1 577.6 mAh/g,第25次循环的放电比容量为581.9 mAh/g。
Tin dioxide(SnO2) coating mesocarbon microbead(MCMB) core-shell structure material was prepared. MCMB was acid treated firstly,a small amount of SnO2 was deposited on the surface of MCMB through liquid method, then SnO2 nano-rods grown on the surface of MCMB by hydrothermal method. XRD, SEM and transmission electron microscope (TEM) tests were used to analyze the material. Galvanostatic charge-discharge and cyclic voltammogram experiments were used to study the material. When cycled in 0.001 - 2.000 V with the current of 100 mA/g, the initial charge and discharge specific capacity of the material was 1 038.4 mAh/g and 1 577.6 mAh/g,respectively,the specific discharge capacity was 581.9 mAh/g at the 25th cycle.
