本文围绕女性职业成功问题对相关研究文献进行了梳理，发现女性职业成功的内涵已经逐渐凸显出来，然而女性职业成功标准的构建还面临诸多研究和现实困境；针对以上困境，本文归纳了现有研究提出的关于构建女性职业成功标准的三条建议，并基于这一思路，对该领域的未来研究方向进行了展望。
英文摘要：
From the perspective of female career success this paper sorts out related literature. It comes to the conclusion that the connotation of female career success has been increasingly highlight- ed,but the construction of the standard for female career success still faces a lot of research and real dilemmas. Based on the dilemmas abovementioned,it generalizes three pieces of advice with regard to the construction of the standard for female career success in existing researches and gives the direc- tions in future researches in this field.
