Considering the requirements and features of the experimental equipment of the Internet of Things （loT）, Mobile Internet, electrical and electronieal, a suite smart manage and control system of the laboratory is designed based on Android, We introduce the principle and components of the system, system software and hardware design scheme and implementation. The intelligent control system based on Android platform provides the control of laboratory and equipment as well as improves the efficiency of utilizing and managing equipment. It also provides convenience for laboratory equipment management, personnel management and teaching management personnel and improves the laboratory safety and security.
