纺丝液黏度影响中空纤维膜的形态和性能,是制作中空纤维膜的重要参数之一.论文分别研究聚砜、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮、丙酮质量浓度和温度对纺丝液黏度的影响.研究结果表明:聚砜和PVP含量增大,纺丝液黏度升高;丙酮含量增大,纺丝液黏度下降;纺丝液温度升高,黏度下降.通过调节纺丝液各组份的含量和纺丝液的温度,可以调节其黏度,进而制作性能和形态理想的中空纤维膜.
The viscosity of spinning dope influences the morphology and performance of hollow fiber membrane. It is one of important parameters in preparing hollow fiber membrane. It was studied how its viscosity is in flaenced by the content of PSF,PVP,aeetone and its temperature respectively. The results show that the viscosity of spinning dope improves when the content of PSF and PVP increases, while its viscosity decreases with increase of acetone content and temperature. Fiber hollow membrane with ideal morphology and performance can be prepared by adjusting the content of every compositions and temperature of spinning dope to change its viscosity.
