利用毛细管流变仪、动态流变仪、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)和金相显微镜等研究了三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)对聚丙烯(PP)熔体性能、PP相对结晶度和泡孔形态的影响。研究结果表明,当EPDM质量分数低于10%时.EPDM/PP共混物具有和PP相似的熔体黏度,但熔体强度和相对结晶度较低。当EPDM质量分数为9.5%时,制得了泡孔密度为2.3×10^5/cm^3、泡孔尺寸为90斗m左右的结构发泡聚丙烯,EPDM显著提高了体系泡孔成核率。
With capillary rheometer, dynamic rheometer, differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) andmetalloscope, the effect of ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) on melt property of EPDM/PP blends, relative crystallinity of polypropylene (PP) and cell morphology were studied. The results showed that melt strength and relative crystallinity of PP/EPDM blend employed with low content EPDM ( ≤10 wt% ) were lower than the pure PP, meanwhile, the viscosity of the blend melt was rarely influenced by EPDM. When content of EPDM was 9.5 (wt)%, an cellular foam PP with cell density of 2.3 x 105cells/cm3 and cell size of about 90μm was prepared, owing to the promotion of cell nucleation on the interface of PP/EPDM and decreasing of crystallinity of PP/EPDM blend.
