采用粉末冶金工艺制备出Al2O3-Mo金属陶瓷,并结合显微结构及能谱分析研究了ZlO2的添加对Al2O3-Mo金属陶瓷抗折强度的影响。结果表明:ZrO2对Al2O3-Mo金属陶瓷的抗折强度影响明显,添加2v0l%ZrO2可使强度提高50%,添加10v01%ZrO2可实现金属陶瓷的抗折强度提高1倍;ZrO2主要通过相变增韧和微裂纹增韧基体Al2O3来实现对金属陶瓷的增韧。
The Al2O3-Mo cermets were prepared by the powder metallurgy method in this paper, and then the influence of ZrO2 on bending strength of Al2O3-Mo cermets was studied through the analysis of microstructure and energy spectrum. The results show that: ZrO2 addition made clear influence on bending strength of Al2O3-Mo cermets. The bending strength of Al2O3-Mo cermets with 2vo1% ZrO2 is 1.5 times higher than that of the cermets without ZrO2 addition and the bending strength of Al2O3-Mo cermets with 10vol% ZrO2 addition is two times higher. Mainly by phase transformation toughening and microcrack toughening, the metal ceramics were toughened by ZrO2. Keywords ZrO2, Al2O3-Mo, cermets, bending strength, toughening
