论文以创新型领导模式和传统型领导模式为分类,研究了科技型中小企业的高级领导层对创新的影响。其中,创新型领导模式侧重于内部研发实力的提升,为企业的知识创造积累厚重基础;传统型领导模式善于与外部环境进行沟通,为扩大企业的知识创造更多机会。论文抽样调查了200家科技型中小企业,发现这两种领导方式的交互作用更容易对创新绩效产生显著影响。
This paper researched the influence of leadership styles on innovation performance from two classification of innovative and traditional leadership model. Among them,innovative leadership style focuses on the strength of internal RD enhancement,create and accumulate foundation for enterprise knowledge; traditional leadership style accomplished in communication with the external environment,create more opportunities for expansion of enterprise knowledge. The sampling surveyed 200 SMEs,found the interaction of these two leadership styles are more likely to have a significant impact on innovation performance.
