改性活性炭吸附硫化氢性能研究

研究了改性活性炭(7%碳酸钠溶液浸渍)吸附硫化氢(H2S)气体的影响因素。利用改性后的活性炭考察氧含量、反应温度、空速等对活性炭吸附硫化氢的影响。结果表明,在反应条件下低氧含量时活性炭的吸附容量随氧含量增加而增加,但氧含量增加到3.5%后,氧含量对吸附容量的影响越来越小;在20~70℃范围内物理吸附发生主要作用,70-95℃化学吸附占主导作用,随着温度的增加,物理吸附逐渐向化学吸附转化,所以吸附容量先减小后增大;随着空速的增加,改性炭的吸附容量减小;改性后活性炭吸附H2S适宜的操作条件为氧含量2%,温度95℃,空速1000-2000h^-1。

Experiments in the paper were carried out to study the factors influencing adsorption of hydrogen sulphide(H2S)on the modified activated carbon which impreganated with 7 % NaCO3. The factors influencing adsorption of H2S on modified activated carbon including oxygen content, reaction temperature, and space velocity were discussed. The results showed that the adsorption capacity of the modified activated carbon was enhanced initially with the increasing of oxygen content, when oxygen content was low. Once the oxygen content was enhanced to 3.5 %, there was no significant increase in the adsorption capacity of modified activated carbon. The adsorption of H2S on modified activated carbon was physical adsorption at 20-70℃ and chemical adsorption at 70-95℃. In addition, with the improvement of the reaction temperature, the adsorption capacity of modified activated carbon was decreasing initially then increasing, because of the transition from physical adsorption to chemical adsorption as priority. The adsorption capacity of modified activated carbon was decreased with the increasing of space velocity. The optimum adsorption conditions were following: oxygen content 2 %, temperature 95℃, and space velocity 1000-2000 h^-1.
