针对纳米银颗粒在化学还原法制备过程中的团聚及不易组装等问题,以AgNO3和NaBH4为主要原料,通过采用不同性质的溶剂、不同离子型的表面活性剂和硝酸银的加入量来实现纳米银颗粒的可控制备,并研究它们对纳米银的粒径均一性、分散性和自组装成二维有序结构的影响机制。透射电子显微镜分析结果表明,采用甲苯为溶剂和阳离子表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为表面活性剂合成的纳米银具有良好的分散性、均一性和自组装特性。高分辨电子显微镜表明,纳米银晶格发育完善,结晶性好。
To deal with the problem that silver nanoparticles have a tendency to agglomerate and are not easy to assemble when they are prepared by chemical reduction,we took AgNO3 and NaBH4 as the main raw materials to achieve the controllable preparation of silver nanoparticles through the investigation of the effect of solvents of different nature,different ionic surfactants and the quantity of silver nitrate.The preliminary mechanism about particle size uniformity,dispersion and self-assembling into a long-range ordered structure was proposed in this paper.Transmission electron microscopy analysis shows that taking toluene as solvent and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide as surfactant,we can synthesis silver nanoparticles with good dispersion,high size uniformity and a long-range ordered structure.High-resolution electron microscopy shows that silver nanoparticles have high crystallinity and low defect density.
