本文旨在通过分析护理硕士专业学位教育具有的社会性、层级性、实践性、高期望性等特征，探讨人民群众日益多元化的健康需求、高等院校护理教育发展的内在要求以及护理人员自我提高的需要等带来的机遇，阐述以职业需求为导向改革护理硕士专业学位研究生培养模式的必然性，并据此从明确培养目标、与行业培训有效衔接等方面提出改革措施。
英文摘要：
This article was aimed at analyzing the characteristics in sociality,hierarchy,practice and high expectation and so on of education in master of nursing specialist along with the opportunities brought by increasingly diversified health needs of the popular masses, inherent requirements of nursing education development in colleges and universities,the needs of self-improvement among nursing staff.This article also explained the inevitability of cultivation model reform in master of nursing specialist oriented by occupation demand.And accordingly,this paper put forward reform measures in making train objective clear,effectively connecting with industry training and so on.
