针对目前深水钻井表层导管喷射随钻下入工艺中,设计安全等候时间窗口时无理论计算模型依据,存在作业盲目性和风险性的现状,通过对表层导管喷射受力和侧向摩擦力进行分析,建立了安全等候时间窗口设计模型。该设计模型表明,在喷射管串重力已知的情况下,海底土质不排水抗剪强度和承载力时间效应模型为准确设计导管安全等候时间窗口的重要影响因素,在不同海域和土质条件下需分别考虑。深水钻井表层导管喷射安全等候时间窗口设计方法已在我国南海荔湾、流花、白云以及海外刚果、赤道几内亚等多个深水区块得到了成功应用,不仅保证了表层导管喷射施工的安全性,而且确保了较高的作业时效性。
Currently there is no theoretical calculation model basis for the design of safety waiting time window in running-while-drilling technology for surface conductor jet in subsea drilling. Moreover, there exist blindness and risk in operation. Therefore, through an analysis of jet force and lateral frictional force of surface conductor, the design model of safety waiting time window was established. The model shows that when the weight of jet pipe string is given, the seabed soil undrained shear strength and loading force time effect model is an important factor in the precise design of conductor safety waiting time window. They should be considered respectively in different sea areas and soil conditions. The method to design the waiting time window was successfully used in several deepwater blocks in Liwan, Liuhua and Baiyun of the South China Sea and other countries such as Congo and Equatorial Guinea. It ensures the safety of surface conductor jet operation as well as the high operating efficiency.
