通过钢纤维纳米SiO2混凝土立方体试件的强度试验,研究了钢纤维体积分数以及纳米SiO2掺量对钢纤维纳米SiO2混凝土抗压强度和劈拉强度的影响.结果表明:钢纤维的掺入改变了纳米混凝土的破坏形式;随着钢纤维体积分数在0.0%-1.5%范围内的增大,钢纤维纳米SiO2混凝土的抗压强度和劈拉强度都相应地提高,其中对劈拉强度的提高最为显著;纳米SiO2掺量在0.0%-2.0%范围内的增加,钢纤维纳米SiO2混凝土抗压强度都有一定程度的增长,劈拉强度在掺量为0.5%时达到最大.
Strength tests of steel fibre and nano-silica reinforced concrete (FNSRC) were carried out on cube specimens. Then the effects of volume fraction of steel fibre and mix amount of nano-silica on compressive and splitting tensile strength of FNSRC were studied. The results show that the failure mode of nano-silica reinforced concrete was changed by adding steel fibres; with the increase of volume fraction of steel fibre ranged from 0.0% to 1.5%, the compressive and splitting tensile strength ofFNSRC got corresponding improvement, especially for the splitting tensile strength. Also, the compressive strength of FNSRC was improved within a limited extent by mixing with nano-silica in amount from 0.0% to 2.0% of replacing cement by weight, but the maximum of splitting tensile strength was only achieved in condition that the mixing amount of nano-silica was 0.5%.
