针对空气质量评价中多因素加权系数的确定问题,提出了基于多级评价和熵值模糊综合评判的评价方法。将城市各区与整个城市空气质量评价作为一个多级模糊综合评判问题,通过熵值法赋权值,直接从模糊关系矩阵获得各级评价的加权系数。实验中,以PM_(2.5)、PM_(10)、SO_2、NO_2作为评价因子,对山东省某城市六区2013年空气质量状况进行多级综合评价。结果表明,熵值模糊多级综合评判法平衡考虑了各种污染物的贡献,改进了超标倍数法过于强调高浓度污染物的缺陷。

英文摘要:

Aiming at the determination of weighting coefficients for multiple factors in air quality evaluation,a method based on multi-level evaluation and entropy-based fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is proposed.In this method,the air quality evaluation of districts and the whole city is treated as a multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation problem.An entropy-based weighting coefficients determination method is proposed,where the weighting coefficients used in various levels are determined directly from the fuzzy matrix.In the experiment,we use PM_(2.5),PM_(10),SO_2 and NO_2 as the evaluation factors and evaluate the air quality for a city and its districts from Shandong province in 2013.The evaluation result is compared with the multiple super-scale weighting method.The experimental results show that,entropy based multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation balances the contribution from the major pollutants,and avoids the limitation of multiple super-scale weighting method.
