风力发电机的基础在外部荷载作用下承受巨大的弯矩作用,基础应力分布比较复杂,在基础环法兰附近存在应力集中问题。文章通过ABAQUS有限元对风机基础进行数值模拟,计算了基础环不同埋深和基础环下法兰不同宽度情况下的基础混凝土应力、钢筋应力和基础环位移等,讨论了基础环埋深和下法兰宽度对基础承载性状的影响,为风机基础设计提供参考。
Wind turbine foundation subjects giant moment due to the external load, which makes the complex stress condition near the flange of the foundation ring. ABAQUS finite software is used in this paper to numerically simulate the foundation stress. The bearing behaviors of the foundation under various burial depths and flange widths of the foundation ring are studied in this paper. The results of concrete stress, reinforcement stress and the relevant displacement of the foundation ring are obtained The results can provide reference in the wind turbine foundation design.
