近年来,磷酸腺苷依赖的蛋白激酶(AMPK、5′-AMP-activated protein kinase)在细胞自噬(autophagy)中的研究已成为热点之一。自噬是一个多步骤复杂的过程并对能量敏感,AMPK 作为能量感受器对营养敏感且在自噬的过程中发挥关键酶的作用。本文主要介绍了细胞自噬以及 AMPK 通过 mTOR(mammalian target of rapamycin)、p53、PI3K 3条通路影响自噬通路的过程。
In recent years,the role of AMPK in autophagy has become a research hotpot.Autophagy is a complex and multi-stage process,which is sensitive to energy.As an energy sensor, AMPK is sensitive to nutrition and plays a key role in autophagy.In this paper,we mainly focus on the effects of AMPK on autophagy through mTOR,p53 and PI3K pathways.
