目的：探讨血隆病的辨病因子分布规律。方法：在临床工作中,从定性、定量角度收集血隆病资料,以定性评分计算各辨病因子的出现频率,用定量评分进行分层聚类分析。结果：气壅上喘、隆性者气壅上喘、呼吸不畅通而上壅等辨病因子出现频率高,聚类分析分为两大类和三小类。结论：根据数理统计结果对血隆病辨病因子进行的初步筛选,可为血隆病的量化研究奠定基础。

英文摘要：

Objective：To explore distribution rule of the disease differentiation factors of XueLongBing.Method：Materials of XueLongBing are collected from qualitative and quantitative angle in clinical work.The incidence frequencies of different disease differentiation factors are calculated with qualitative score and qualified on hierarchical cluster analysis.Result：The incidence frequencies of disease differentiation factors are higher such as panting caused by Qi blocking and ascending and of the one with LongBing,upper blocking caused by unsmooth respiratory,etc.Cluster analysis could be divided into two categories and three subdivisions.Conclusion：Disease differentiation factors of XueLongBing are screened according to the statistics,which provide a foundation for quantitative research of XueLongBing.
