为研究反硝化聚磷菌的生物学特性,通过吸磷试验、硝酸盐还原产气试验及异染颗粒和PHB颗粒染色辅助检验,从稳定运行的厌氧/缺氧SBR反应器中分离筛选出4株高效反硝化聚磷菌H16、H19、H24和Xg.经鉴定,前3者属于假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas),后者属于肠杆菌属(Enterobacter).测定了这4株菌的生长曲线,研究了温度和pH值对这4株菌的生长及除磷效能的影响,结果表明,菌株的生长最适温度均在35℃左右,除磷反应的最适温度均在25℃左右;在中温条件下,H16、H19和H24生长的最适pH为6~8,菌株xg生长的最适pH值为7~9;4株菌除磷反应的最佳pH值均为中性偏碱.
To study the biological characteristics of denitrifying phosphate-accumulating organisms (DN- PAOs), four effective DNPAOs were identified in an anaerobic/anoxic SBR reactor with steady operation. Candidate organisms were screened by a phosphate uptake experiment, where nitrates were denitrified to gas and through inspection of metachromatic and Polyphydroxybutyrate (PHB) granules. The DNPAOs were Pseudomonas sp. H16, H19, H24 and Enterobacter sp. Xg, Two important factors, temperature and pH value, were studied to evaluate their effect on the growth and phosphorus removal ratios of H16, H19, H24 and Xg. Results show that the optimal temperature for the four DNPAO's growth and phosphorus removal is about 35 ℃ and 25 ℃ respectively. In ideal temperature conditions, the best pH values for H16, H19 and H24 growth and phosphorus removal range from 6.0~8.0; for Xg, the best pH range is between 7.0 ~ 9.0. Phosphorus removal for all four strains are optimal in a mildly alkali condition. Growth curves for these strains were also determined.
