Because of the particularity of its industry in the production the resource-based enterprises occupy more social resources, so it is necessary for resource-based enterprises to fulfill social responsibility. Based on eight resource-based listed companies of Henan Province as the research object, the author firstly defines the content of social responsibility, then analyzes social responsibility reports and annual reports in 2013.and raises the way to inspect the social responsibility fulfillment situation on the resource-based listed companies of Henan Province.
