The architecture and the technical features of the Web Services and the effect in the Land and Resources Information Service System＇s construction are analysed.The system＇s framework,the database＇s structure and the system＇s functions are assigned in detail,a schema of the system＇s architecture of the Land and Resources Information Service System which is based on the Web Services is proposed.This schema can achieve the efficiency of the data sharing and the interoperability.It also can resolve the problem of the ＂Information Isolated Island＂.Meanwhile,it proposes a direction for the development and construction of the Land and Resources Information Service System.
