An ultr-high pressure water cleaning rotary plate was designed for the large wallrust re-moval climbing robot,the structure and working principles of the cleaning rotary plate were intro-duced,and the design directing at the cleaning rotary seal was calculated and analyzed.Practical appli-cations show the cleaning plate meets the requirements of little leakage,high rust removal efficiency, and simultaneous drying during rust removal.
