为了协助医生更快速、更准确地诊断皮肤病,设计了一种近红外波段病变皮肤的微型检测系统。该系统由FPGA作主控芯片,采用纳米光栅结构的微小型近红外光谱图像传感器作为光谱数据采集探头,用USB2.0传输协议与上位机通信,能够快速采集病变皮肤在近红外波段的反射光谱,并绘制成图谱。通过比较正常皮肤与病变皮肤的反射光谱,实现对某些皮肤病的分析与诊断。实验结果表明,利用此系统进行皮肤病变的检查是可靠的。
In order to assist the doctor more quick and more accurate diagnosis of skin diseases,a near-infrared mini-spectrometer detection system of human skin lesions is designed.FPGA is used as the master chip of the system.Meanwhile,the nanometer grating structure of the micro-miniature near-infrared spectrometer sensor and USB 2.0 transmission protocol are used in this system,which can quickly detect the reflective spectrum of skin lesions in near-infrared band.The skin lesions can be analyzed and diagnosed by comparing the differences of reflection spectrum of the normal skin and skin lesions.The experimental results show that the skin lesions can be detected by using the designed miniature near-infrared spectroscopy system.
