采用传统工业工艺将炭掺杂到铅酸电池负极板中,得到不同种类不同质量分数炭掺杂的负极板,之后与常规的铅酸电池正极板组装成小极群,然后对得到的小电池进行充放电测试。结果表明,掺杂适量的炭可提高电池的容量并增强循环性能。同时证明采用一定的析氢抑制剂,可显著降低电池循环过程中酸液消耗量。
Many kinds of carbon were doped into the negative electrodes by using the traditional industrial process, generating negative electrodes with different amounts carbon, and then lead-acid batteries were assembled by the prepared negative electrodes and the regular positive electrodes, lastly, the charge-discharge tests were performed on the as-assembled lead-acid battery. Results indicated that a proper doped carbon could significantly improve the capacities of a lead-acid battery, and the cycle performance as well. Also, it was indicated that one kind of hydrogen evolution inhibitor could greatly reduce the consumption of acid in the lead-acid battery.
