The diversity of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi （AMF） is an important part of biological diversity, which plays an important role in the evolution of whole ecosystem. According to the relationship between plant diversity and AMF diversity, the researches in recent years about the effects of plant diversity on the species, the mycorrhizal type, the colonization rate, spore density and molecular genetic structure of AMF were summarized.
