层流冷却系统具有强非线性、工况变化频繁、带钢温度不能连续测量等综合复杂性。由于复杂的优化控制算法难以直接在冷却装置上进行验证,从工程化角度出发,开发了分布式的层流冷却系统过程优化控制仿真实验平台。该平台由模拟现场层流冷却过程的虚拟对象仿真子平台、仪表与执行机构虚拟装置子平台、回路控制系统和过程监控实验子平台、优化控制实验子平台组成。平台之间交换的所有过程信号均为标准工业信号,实验结果表明该平台可以从工程角度进行优化控制算法的有效验证。
The laminar cooling system has synthetic complexities such as highly nonlinear, variations of operating conditions and the difficulty of measuring the strip temperature online. Because complex optimal control algorithms were difficult to be testified on the really laminar cooling process, a distributed simulation platform for optimal control of laminar cooling system was developed here in the view of engineering. The simulation platform consists of the virtual object sub-platform, the virtual instruments and actuators sub-platform, the loop control and process monitoring sub-platform and the optimal control sub-platform. The signals being exchanged between the sub-platforms are standard industrial process signals. The experimental results indicate that this platform can effectively testify the optimal control algorithms in light of the engineering.
