利用硝酸铝、尿索和炸药为原料,通过研究配比出一种类似塑性炸药的混合炸药,引爆此混合炸药。爆轰完毕得到了纳米α-Al2O3粉体。对收集到的实验粉体分别进行了高分辨率透射电镜分析、衍射分析和热分析。分析结果表明,用此法所得到的纳米α-Al2O3星球形。颗粒尺寸分布非常均匀,每个颗粒的大小为35nm左右。晶型为单一的α型。爆轰法合成纳米α-Al2O3具有合成反应速度快、设备简单和易放大产量的优点。
A mixing explosive was made with a special proportion of aluminum nitrate, carbamide and explosive. It was similar to plastic-type explosive. The nanometer a-aluminum oxide was formed by detonation of the mixing explosive. It was analyzed by means of TEM, XRD and DTA/TGA respectively. The experimentation resuits proved that the nanometer a-aluminum oxide was spheric, the distribuion of grain size was uniform, with each grain being about 35nm, and the aluminum oxide was a-aluminum oxide. The detonation synthesis of nanometerα-Al2O3 powder was of such advantages as fast reaction rate, simple equipment and flexibility in enlarging capacity.
