针对当前造船多项目管理中存在的问题,阐述了应用关键链技术进行造船多项目并行生产计划与控制的步骤和方法,提出了多项目并行条件下的关键链识别方法,设计了一种基于物流平衡思想的资源需求冲突消解及生产排程的遗传算法。在考虑项目完工风险性的前提下,提出了确定项目缓冲和汇入缓冲的模型,分析了通过监控缓冲的消耗情况来控制生产计划的进行,以较少的控制参量达到对复杂生产系统运行的控制,避免或减少各种随机扰动的冲击和影响。通过对实际企业多项目生产组织的仿真分析,证明了所提方法的有效性和可行性。
In view of the existing problems in shipbuilding multi-project management, this paper elaborates the steps and methods of shipbuilding multi-project parallel production planning and control on the basis of critical chain technology, and proposes a method recognizing critical chain trader the multi-project parallel condition. A genetic algorithm is designed based on production logistics balance which is adopted to resolve the conflict of resource requirement and the problem of production scheduling. Besides, taking the project completion risk into consideration, a new model is proposed to determine the size of project buffer and feeding buffer. Furthermore, situations like controlling the conduct of production planning by monitoring the consumption of the buffer, managing a complex production system by regulating less parameters and reducing the impact and of various random disturbances and their influence, are discussed. What is more, a simulation analysis of an actual enterprise with a multi-project production organization validates the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method.
