从知识生态视角分析企业员工隐性知识转移的过程,能够更深入地揭示企业员工隐性知识流动的规律,促进隐性知识在企业员工之间的交流和共享,提高企业的知识创新能力和水平,增强企业的核心竞争力。从知识、知识主体和知识环境三个维度解析了企业员工隐性知识转移的过程,构建了企业员工隐性知识转移的过程模型,企业员工在隐性知识转移过程中承担着知识生产者、知识消费者、知识分解者等多个角色,企业员工的隐性知识转移形成一个闭环结构的隐性知识转移生态链;分析了企业员工隐性知识转移的影响因素,隐性知识的固有属性、知识主体的转移意愿和能力、企业的信任、文化氛围、激励制度、网络平台环境、隐性知识转移网络结构等都会对企业员工隐性知识转移产生影响。针对过程和影响因素分析提出了促进企业员工隐性知识转移的策略。
To analysis employees tacit knowledge transfer process from the perspective of knowledge ecological, can fur-ther reveal tacit knowledge flow rules, promote the exchange of tacit knowledge between employees and sharing, improvethe enterprise knowledge innovation ability and level, enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. From three dimen-sion including the knowledge, knowledge subject and knowledge environment, we analysis the process of tacit knowledgetransfer, construct the process model of tacit knowledge transfer. Enterprise employees are knowledge producers, consumer-sand the knowledge decomposition in the process of tacit knowledge transfer, tacit knowledge transfer of enterprise employ-ees form a ecological chain of tacit knowledge transfer in a closed loop structure.We also analyze the influencing factors oftacit knowledge transfer including, tacit knowledge, knowledge inherent attribute of the willingness and ability to transferthe enterprise trust, cultural atmosphere, incentive system, network structure and transfer platform environment, tacit knowl-edge, tacit knowledge of transfer effect. According to the process and influencing factors, the strategy of promoting the trans-fer of tacit knowledge is put forward.
